Return Policy


It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also return the user manual, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws and keys).
  • It must be in perfect condition with no dirt, stains, stench, mishandling or damage.
    Returns are only accepted for products that have not been assembled, used or altered in any way and whose original packaging is in perfect condition (essential for processing a return).
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Mail if you have any questions about this.

Costs for returns

Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. 

Pay attention: Returns for large furniture and large items are different than for small items.

If you have to return an item because it is defective or because we have done something wrong, we will not charge you for the return and collection. But if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, we'll charge you the fee below. 

  • €50 will be deducted from the refund for returning large furniture and large items, so we can continue to use the best prices on our webshop.

If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs and excluding return costs. If you only return part of your order, we will refund the costs of those items and the shipping costs, excluding the return costs.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can no longer edit it. You can always email us with the request to change your order. In some cases this is still possible if the package has not yet been presented to the postal service. You can always send an email to Mention your order number and indicate what needs to be changed.

I have provided a wrong delivery address!

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

What if I am not satisfied?

Are you not satisfied? We are very sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will let you know how you can return it or arrange a collection time. Once it gets back to us, we'll arrange your refund (minus any return or collection charges).

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

It is important that you check the order upon delivery to make sure it has been delivered in good condition. If the package is damaged upon receipt, it is recommended to immediately make a note on the delivery note from the courier if applicable. Are you not satisfied? Let us know by contacting us

Our team checks your furniture beforeOOr shipping to make sure they meet the best requirements before we send them out. It is possible that we are missing something or have sent you a wrong item, please let us know within 14 days. Please send some photos of the damage or other problems. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how you can return an item or arrange a collection time. You will then receive a full refund, we will arrange a repair or order a new item for you. 
To be able to collect it, the product must be disassembled and repackaged in its original condition.

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. je please contact for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit in the amount of your return. As soon as the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return .

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
  • Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially transferred.
  • Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
